We in Washington State are blessed with three national parks. One is the very varied Olympic National Park. There are several sections of this park ranging from ocean beaches to mountain summits. The Hoh Rain Forest is a temperate rain forest deep in the Olympic Mountain Range. Seemingly everything grows here - especially ferns. They grow on the ground and way up in the upper limbs of branches.
